How To Take The Perfect Aloe
Initial Period
Suggested daily dosage of 100 to 120ml per day for the first 2 months
Maintenance
After the first 2 months a reduced dosage of 60ml per day is recommended. This can be increased to 120ml per day during periods of convalescence.
Children
25ml per day is recommended.
A good way to drink the Aloe Juice is to mix it with a litre of water, thus also ensuring sufficient water is drunk each day. Aloe Juice should not be mixed with any acidic juices, but can be taken with apple juice, or blackcurrant for example.
